We call you to explain to you how our application process works and to invite you to our office
+- 1 week
Once in our office, the first interview you'll have is the matchmaking. In this interview we try to answer questions like: Is Seven Beaufort the company you are looking for? Can we take each other to the next level? We look for a match on both sides.
+- 5 days
Match? If yes, you will have to prepare a case challenge that you get e-mailed to you 4 days beforehand. In our office you present the case and you get some on the spot challenges.
+- 4 days
Positive? Congrats! You'll receive an offer which we love to discuss over a beer, non-alcoholic IPA, or other
- Full week new joiner program filled with interesting hard and soft skills trainings
- Continuous learning from colleagues through multiple channels like #cryforhelp
- Access to our growing library with interesting books on innovation, growth, and digital
- Yearly personal learning budget, including 5 days to be spent on training
