Consultancy and Advisory Legal

As a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, we hire and develop the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world. This starts with a culture that believes in giving you the training, opportunities and creative freedom to make things better. This is what makes us different and renders working here a unique, lifetime experience.

We provide the scale, teams, and the tech. We will show you what’s possible, so you’ll see opportunities where others see challenges. With our help, you can make a meaningful impact, your way. A career as unique as you are. The exceptional EY experience. It’s yours to build.

  1. Apply: Check our vacancies directly on We fynd. Navigate through our job opportunities under “Vacancies”. Click apply.
  2. Online tests: If there is a match, we will send you online analytical tests.
  3. Assessment Day: If your tests come back positive, you will be invited to visit our head office in Diegem for an individual case and a creative group discussion.
  4. Interviews: You will have up to 2 interviews with our recruiter and the hiring manager(s).

Note that the assessment day and interviews can change order depending on the job you applied for.

To help our people acquire the skills and knowledge they need, we organize formal learning
through a tailored, structured curriculum.

Service line specific training provides our colleagues with the tools and knowledge to develop their
technical skills. Most of these technical trainings are designed and organized by our EY experts,
but we also propose external learnings, such as the programs for ‘Bedrijfsrevisor/Reviseur
d’Entreprise’, ‘Accountant/Expert comptable’ and ‘Belastingconsulent/Conseil fiscal’, the
Chartered Financial Analyst track and a complementary Master in Taxation.

Our firm-wide programs include both operational and interpersonal skills learning. Those programs
are designed to complement the service line technical training and give our people a chance to
collaborate and learn with colleagues from other service lines.
