BEXCO is a leading Belgian manufacturer of synthetic mooring, towing and hoisting ropes for offshore (Wind Energy, Oil & Gas), maritime and industrial applications.

BEXCO manufactures ropes for the world's largest energy companies, ship and tug boat owners. Our company designs and produces custom synthetic ropes at its Belgian main factory in Hamme and at its quayside production facility in Antwerp. In 2022 we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

The application process at Bexco is designed to give both the candidate and the company a chance to get to know each other and assess whether there is a good match. Here is an overview of the typical application process at Bexco.

After receiving the application from the candidate, our HR team will review it. We also cooperate with recruitment agencies for this purpose. Selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview with the HR manager and a representative of the relevant team. This interview may go deeper into the candidate's experience and how they fit into Bexco's corporate culture. Depending on the position, there may be a second round of interviews, this could be an interview with the COO or CEO.

If everything is successful, an official offer will be made to the chosen candidate. This will include details such as salary, start date and other relevant conditions.

Once the candidate has accepted the offer, the onboarding process begins. New employees are introduced to the company, the team and the specific position, and receive the necessary information and training to successfully integrate.
