Helping clients reach their objectives by connecting and aligning business with IT
Guiding and advise clients through their digital transformation journey by analyzing and (re)defining their IT strategy and business processes
Creating unique experiences for clients and their customers
Leveraging the value of enterprise knowledge and data to help clients evolve towards insights-driven organizations
Enabling the businesses to move forward by suggesting fit-for-purpose solutions quickly and effectively
Looking into the business potential of current and emerging technologies from Cloud adoption to Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence
Using creative problem-solving methods and work in an international, multidisciplinary team
About you
You have a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology
You have a strong interest in technologies and the opportunities they offer as well as a good understanding of how to leverage them
You have a strong interest in HRIT Strategy and HRIT Architecture
You are willing to obtain certifications in Workday HCM or Oracle HCM Cloud (functional, data or integrations)
You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems
You have an analytical mindset, a can-do attitude and great communication skills
You enjoy being client facing as from day one
You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work flexible and independently
You are keen to take on new challenges and to continuously learn
You are sociable and communicative, while embracing an inclusive environment
You are people-oriented and look forward to being part of an international family
