Who is Osborne Clarke Brussels looking for?

Osborne Clarke is looking for a lawyer with one to four years of experience in transactional real estate law, combined with a strong interest in energy and environmental law, to join the Real Estate team in Brussels.

Osborne Clarke offers the opportunity to work on challenging real estate matters, such as the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate companies, rights in rem, joint ventures, leases, real estate financing and real estate litigation. You will gain experience working for institutional and private investors, regulated real estate companies, real estate funds, developers and end users. On the energy and environmental side, you will advise regarding permits, drafting and negotiating contracts (supply contracts, EPC, O&M, etc.), and regulatory matters.

All our associates enjoy a large degree of autonomy and are closely involved in the follow-up of the files they are handling.
You will be involved in a broad range of matters where the client counts on our expertise in corporate law help them achieve their goals in Belgian and cross-border markets. You will be part of an international team with experts based across the major European jurisdictions. You will be challenged, have a range of responsibilities, learn a lot and get a sense of what it means to be a sector-focussed, future-proof lawyer.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a true team player, with an international mind-set;
  • is eager to learn, be innovative and dares to think outside the box;
  • has excellent English, Dutch and French
  • has a Master’s degree in law with good academic results;
  • has good oral and written communications skills;
  • offers pragmatic legal and business insights;
